I wanted something that popped a little more between sections, so I designed the arrows in the free site Canva! I used an online color picker to try to match the blue to the Substack blue and played around with how long they need to be, then saved them as an image. So I just drop them in as an image in each issue. Thank you for noticing them!!
I thought that might be how you did it! Very nice way to add a pop to your reading experience. Takes extra time but I believe the little things matter on formats like this.
