Kara - maybe you know this, maybe you don't, but I usually read your newsletters one day late. I'm an early morning writer and your newsletters come in after I've closed my diary for the day. I use them as inspiration before I get going on my writing practice. Also, writing is not my first job. I have an actual job that pays my bills. Usually, I WFH but today is a go to the office day - with all its distractions, and noise, and expectations. I'm not sure if I would have read this newsletter yesterday that it would have the impact it has on me today. Today is a privilege. I'll build in those buffer times. I'll remember those things out of my control. Thanks so much, always.
I’m really touched to know that these letters are built into your daily routine — that is a dream to hear as a writer. I hope yesterday felt like a privilege, even amid the hustle and bustle. And that today feels like one as well. Happy writing!!
