I've always been a fan of afternoon naps, or whenever one is needed. They don't always work as problem solvers for me, but they can be so refreshing! My favorite ones occur in the presence of cats.

My cat Lula was sleeping right next to me!! In fact, I think she was the inspiration?! Took another one today, so glad to know they refresh you, too. Let's embrace what works!

LOL - the picture of you napping - too funny! Anyway, I’ve heard of this phenomenon. I’ve tried it, too. I’ll go to sleep thinking about an issue but when I wake up, I’ve forgotten that I was trying to think of a specific thing. Maybe the trick is to think hard beforehand and then take a nap and not a sleep. I'll keep working on it.

When I wake up I *definitely* don't remember what I was thinking about the night before, but the short naps do give a little space to work things out -- keep me posted if it works for you!
