Love this. Nice. Easy. Hard. Rinse and repeat! Perfect for geeing myself up to tackle the weird almost-summer limbo land I'm in where it's too easy to fritter away hours shuffling emails and not get anything material done.
Limbo land! Thank you for perfectly articulating exactly what this feels like! A weird time to start something new, but shifting enthusiasms make it challenging to continue what we (um, *I* started). Even acknowledging we're in limbo land is helpful! And I've gone back to the easy / nice / hard trifecta multiple times today -- hope you find it useful!!
Kara, I, too, am at a loss. Pulled in many directions. I told my husband that I might be short with him, but I have a lot to do. He asked, "like what?"
Oh, Kara!
Bellissimo!
What a fresh perspective!
1. Easy,
Nice,
Hard!
1. Sense of accomplishment.
Moment of joy.
Cracking open the tough shell of HARD work.
Merci,
Merci beaucoup!
Thank you, thank you!!
After reading your pearls of wisdom for so long, Kara, I was delighted to hear your easy-listening-to voice. Thank you, and kindest regards,
Doug
Aww, thank you, Doug! Hope there will be more for you to listen to soon!

Ahh! Justifying our "list" to someone else can be so hard. You know what you have to do, maybe that's the most important thing...
Hope the idea to gently untangle one easy thing at a time is useful. Keep me posted.
