i, too, am a cozy january person! i’m still figuring out january afternoons, but my january evening formula (hot tea with marshmallows + lighting taper candles + reading something from my Cozy January reading list) is the best!

Take a moment to pray for the day and reading the most recent Sermon from Faithbridge Church writing in my journal and having coffee or tea with breakfast and doing yoga stretches for biking indoors... usually (weather permitting) take a walk 3x s per week. Either outside or at the mall. That’s pretty much my daily routine and then I spend 2-3 hours writing poetry and limerick’s for my 1st self-published book on Amazon.
What an absolutely lovely-sounding routine and day, Ella! You seem to strike such a nice balance of thoughtful contemplation and activity. Something to strive for!
