Thank you for the suggestion (permission?) to meet one’s mind where it is. I worked on a “fun,” optional project at work yesterday rather than The Big Heavy task I’d set out to do. I was feeling guilty about it, but no more! My brain felt unleashed and I found joy in the day. The other task can wait. 💟
I'm so inspired that you recognized in the moment what was actually pulling you forward. Hooray! The Big Heavy Task will have its moment soon, too, I'm sure.
I realized I look forward to your mails everyday, when I open the mail service and read Kara Cutruzzula I always read it. I love your gentle way of making ourselves accountable, I love the compassion and the force. Thanks for sharing your mind with us <3

If you are a mass of contradictions, as I am, as many people are, don’t try to sort them out, accept them and enjoy the complexity of life.
I will try!! Please keep reminding me :)
Brilliant idea to meet your mind where it is rather than where you want it to be. Thanks for this. Also--Claire Keegan!!
Claire. Keegan. Is there anyone better??!

This is such a lovely compliment, Laura. Thank you so much for your kindness, and especially for being on the other side of my mailbox!
