Reading 'The Midnight Library' and realizing there's no space for regrets in life. I should keep doing what makes me feel good and rest will align itself.
What made my week better: starting the week with your self preserve message, walking along the Witch hazel trees, making Alton Brown’s Cocoa Brownies for Valentine’s Day, and having coffee with a friend. Plus time to read!
Once again, Kara, you shined you light on my week following deadline editing the website I designed for a new musical a hastily scrabbled together outline in BMI that failed to visualize the piece after which I slumped into two MSNBC and cat care days. Back today with new energy - driving to NYC doc from my new Pennsylvania residence. Grateful always for your generosity.
Ohh Jennie, I have SO been there! The rush and then the slump. Amazing how it always passes. And we find new wisdom in what to do / not do next time. Love to hear you are harnessing that fresh new energy!! Sending you a big hug.

What a powerful realization! Thank you for sharing it with me. I hope this week provides you more and more alignment...
Kara, reading what you wrote. What have I done? Well ... I'll think about it.
I'm sure many things will come to mind, big and small!
