Thank you, Kara. I really needed to see/hear/feel the pat on my shoulder: “You are. I promise you are. … Everything you learn will add up in ways too impossible to imagine.”
This is great. I’ve always been into reading about productivity and creating routines, etc. etc. What I have finally realized after many years of reading and trying and failing and trying and failing again and again, is that I do have my own routines and systems and processes that work for me. And I need to stop trying to fit into the mold of what others suggest or what works for them! I’m productive in my own way, and it works for me, and that is all that really matters. So thanks for the reminder!
Yes, yes, yes! Love to pull bits from every one's processes and discard what doesn't work. Amazing how often I need the reminders though of what does, actually, work! Hope you have a good week full of processes perfectly tailored to you!
Confessions of a Hack Addict! Seeing all these put together kinda blew my mind, but it's all fodder for getting where we're going, right? Wishing you a successful week!
Such great reminders. You can be intentional. You can experiment. But the reality is, you can't really understand how it will all add up until time has passed. You accumulate experiences, skills, successes, and failures as you dance through life. Something frustrating, devastating, or seemingly insignificant turns out to be the thread that enables you to manifest something wonderful. It's just hard to see it now.
So I'm with you 100%. Follow the sparks, those things that light you up. Be willing to experiment and fail. Stay curious. Connect the dots. There is a through line, it might not be visible yet.

I really believe it, too. It's hard to hold in the moment, but patience is always our friend, isn't it?
Love this, Kara — and relate so deeply!
I'm so glad to hear this!!
Kara, what works for one person does not work for another. We are all different. Yet we keep searching and remain receptive to doing better tomorrow.
Yes! I love that!
