Oh, hi friends!
What do you want this week to hold?
What can you eliminate that will give you a sense of ease?
What can you add to give you a zip of excitement?
This Monday doesn’t have to be like the last Monday. Or the 16 Mondays before that.
You can make it new. Not hollow, but full. Not stressful, but simple.
Take a moment to ask yourself, What do I need now?
And then be patient enough to wait for your answer.
PS - I’m taking the rest of this week off from writing the newsletter while Colin and I in California visiting friends and family and then walking through Joshua Tree.
Every time I go somewhere new and unplug more than usual, I come back with at least one big new idea. (Journal, podcast, musical!) And I also get real rest. Both of those are equally important.
Please think about what you need this Monday, too.
