The Ultimate Value Add
What are your values? Kind of a challenging question, but a worthy one as you look at the work and activities that are most meaningful to you.
Look at this list of values compiled by Brene Brown. She advises you to choose 10-15 that feel important to you, and then narrow that list down to two. (Two!)
If the work you’re doing on a daily basis doesn’t align with the values you choose…well, that’s very good to know! I found this exercise very helpful.
