How many inputs can you handle today?
(Requests, pings, notifications, articles, conversations, etc.)
How many outputs can you handle today?
(Emails, meetings, calls, Hail Mary throws, etc.)
It would be good to know your limits, before you reach your limits.
I LOVE THIS! I've had some great chats with Asha Dornfest (of the excellent substack Parents of Adults) about this. She was saying, "there are TOO MANY ways for people to contact us! We're not BUILT to receive this many different inputs!"
