Oh, hi friends!
So you have a schedule or a calendar. A way your weeks and months go.
If you look closely, commitments are usually divided into a two categories:
Movable objects
Immovable objects
Movable objects are anything that has some give. You don’t get to it today, well, there’s tomorrow.
Immovable objects, on the other hand, are like boulders. You have tickets for an event. Or a session booked, an appointment. A vacation.
It might be necessary, on rare occasions, to move an immovable object. So you have to cancel or make an awkward call.
But usually that’s an exception. First you try to work around it.
Immovable objects, for the most part, do not move.
So I wonder: What commitments in your life would you like to make immovable?
What do you wish to do consistently?
Maybe you can turn these commitments into boulders by handling them as the heavy, important objects that they already are.
Kara, yet there's always the danger of becoming inflexible or unwilling to compromise. Just saying.
So helpful!! Thank you<3
