What is causing me to feel this way?
From there, we can try to adjust what we’re doing.
(Because our behavior is the one thing we can control.)
So maybe we can stop scrolling before we get out of bed (she says to herself), or step away, or find an answer, or remember to eat lunch before 2pm, or take some other kind of action?
All good options!
Action is always your best option.
