Oh, hi friends!

On a sleepy, warm Sunday afternoon, a friend texted about a big swing she was taking.

She was reaching out to a famous name to ask her to be a part of her new show.

I wish you could have seen my face.

It looked like this:

WOW!!!!

My first thought: Incredible idea.

Second thought: Big swing with a big payoff.

Final thought: I am getting up off the couch after watching this Mets vs. Yankees game and going to crank out a run.

Because that’s the thing.

Good energy is contagious.

Good energy gets you to move.

That’s why we should tell people what we’re doing, not to look for praise, but to ignite a potential chain of energy from one person to another.

Who knows how far it might go?
