Oh, hi friends!
What do you not want to carry into February?
Carrying takes effort.
Carrying takes muscle.
Carrying takes energy.
The alternative is to release it.
Releasing has a few different options:
Simply letting go of goals that sounded good on January 1st but are, um, less appealing now.
Powering through any little lingerers (tasks, replies, etc.) to wrap them up.
Chasing down loose threads and open loops.
Fire off any moonshots you’ve been putting off (these are the big ideas and big swings that never feel urgent but are, probably, the most important things to do).
The idea is to treat a new month — February! — with a fresh and clean start.
Let go, power through, chase down, fire off.
Release, release, release.
Carry less stuff.
And I’d love to know what you’re setting down and/or releasing and/or moonshotting on this final day of the month! What do you not want to carry into February?
I would like to be grateful for what I have, even little things.
