Oh, hi friends!
You have the entire week stretching behind you.
What do you see?
My memory isn't the best; I can barely remember what happened yesterday. But here's one way to measure the week. Try to think in moments.
Moments of triumph
These are the instances when you did something you didn't think you could do. Small, seemingly mundane events count. Big ones, too.

Moments of advice
The times when you heard what you needed to hear, or read what you needed to read. Or when you gave advice to someone who found value in it.

Moments of continuity
When you picked up the thread and dragged it forward. Maybe you worked on your thing for two days in a row, or reignited a dormant idea.

Moments of "never again"
The lessons, oh, the lessons! I don't need to spell these out for you; your eyes are open. You already know.

Hold on to the triumphs, advice, and continuity.
Learn from the "never agains."
Close down your week, gently.
Thanks for being here.
Happy weekend, my friends.
What a beautiful way to revisit the week! It’s so true how I don’t always remember full details of a day. But thinking about moments as you suggested is brilliant.
As I read each offering, a memory appeared. Thank you for the prompts and for helping me acknowledge and reframe some moments I might not have otherwise.
I’m new here. Found you through my friend and colleague, Julie Bestry. I love your daily messages!
