Wait, you’re older, too?

Oh, hi friends!
Do you feel that? There’s a little whisper of change in the air.
I just noticed the tree on my corner has sparks of yellow leaves. The sky is moody. My mother just mailed me candy corn. It’s happening.
What would it look like if you used the changing of the season to your advantage?
How can you change with it? (Instead of fighting against it?)
Can you ride it, rather than hide from it?
Let’s go, go, go.

“It is never too late to be what you might have been.”
— George Eliot

I saw voice-of-an-angel Ben Platt at Radio City Music Hall on Sunday night and he was a dream. His voice is not of this earth?! This song, “Older” in particular got me, especially since today is my biiiiiiirthday! (I am 33! I love symmetry!) (Also on Spotify here.)
So, remember, remember, remember:
When you are younger
You'll wish you're older
Then when you're older
You'll wish for time to turn around
Don't let your wonder turn into closure
When you get older
When you get older
