The myth of the finish line

Oh, hi friends!

Look, there’s a finish line!

Oh, wait, it’s actually over there.

And there’s another line, except this one’s dotted. 

Are finish lines supposed to always be straight lines?

And this one here, this actually sort of looks like a circle.

Wait so you’re telling me no one knows what a finish line truly looks like?

Wait so you’re telling me that it looks different for everyone?

Wait so you’re telling me I get to make up what a finish line looks like to me?

And I get to cross it whenever I want?

Yeah. 

Actually, yeah, I can work with that.

Oh boy, you better believe I believe this!!!

This is truly one of the most insane trailers I’ve ever seen? The Politician is a new Netflix show starring Ben Platt (of Dear Evan Hansen fame!) as a high school student with aspirations to become President of the United States. The show premieres September 27.

I guess one lesson is: If you’re going to make something…why not make it BIG?
