Alright, *deep breath*

Oh, hi friends!
I don’t know where you are, but in New York it’s a gray, drizzly, 92% humidity day.
WHEE.
No matter! Let’s line ‘em up and knock ‘em down today.
Pick a time to end your day.
Do one thing ’til it’s done.
Then one more.
Maybe a third? Sure, why not!
See you at the finish.

Look around, look around.

“We often believe our success is luck when we fail to remember the hard work that got us to the end.”
Did you know there are actually *three* different types of imposter syndrome? LOL.
You can spot them if you think things like “I’m a fraud,” or “It’s just luck,” or “Oh, this old thing?” (to downplay your accomplishment).
I broke down these types — and how to combat them — in my latest for Shine. My biggest takeaway was just to repeat: I am here for a reason, I am here for a reason. No matter what “here” might be for you. And remember your hard work!

Very Important Message About Feet
If I have to pry a sad twisted Band-Aid off my heel one more time…
Summer shoes are the worst?! I’m tired of living with sad feet so did some Googling and this Cup of Jo article advises dabbing chapstick on the back of your heels to prevent blisters. But THEN the comment section was a treasure trove of knowledge — and advised you can use Body Glide? (Which I already had because if you run in the summer it is a balm from the Gods.) I put some on my feet and shoved them in my shoes and can actually walk without limping now.
WHO KNEW. THANK YOU, INTERNET.
