When you need a challenge

Oh, hi friends!
What’s the last thing you did that really challenged you?
What’s the last thing you created that you were proud of?
If the answers happened longer ago than you’d like to admit, it’s OK.
You can take on a new challenge today.
You can create something new today.
Or at least you can start. Because that’s kind of the trick. Starting.
If you don’t know where to start, you can ask yourself, ‘What idea’s been turning around in my mind for years?’
That’s a good place.

If you're cranky or you're angry or you're snappish or you're bored, just run. Run like this mustang.
Or step away from your desk or your apartment and move. Pick up a tennis racquet or a basketball or strap on a pair of rollerblades.
You'll feel better.

This half-hour behind-the-scenes video of A Star Is Born reminded me how much I enjoyed this film! (More than pretty much every other Oscar contender, but don't get me started...) Also reminded me how much work goes into making something worthwhile.
Also, Sam Elliott’s mustache should have won an Oscar years ago. (h/t Brother Eric)
