Are you still clearing the decks? I’m going to keep repeating this because it actually works! I asked my friends on Instagram what one annoying thing they need to get done before 2019. The responses ranged from “lose 10 pounds” to “file expenses” to “find a new job.” So, maybe not the littlest things.
But you have some, too. Big and small action items that have been nagging you. Here’s a trick: Try breaking them up into meals: Eat one this morning for breakfast. One this afternoon for lunch. One this evening for dinner. You’ll feel much better. Maybe even full.
