Following your instinct
Oh, hi friends!
See something beautiful?
Take the picture.
Hear a funny line?
Write it down.
Want to share a silly anecdote?
Post it.
Don't wait. Don't overanalyze.
We are always at our best when we follow our instincts.
“You may have scheduled time for something that you legitimately want to do — say, work out or read a nonfiction book. But when it comes time to do those things per your schedule, you might feel a bit of reactance. This happens because, in that moment, it doesn’t feel as though you’re deciding what to do. Rather, it’s you from the past giving orders to you present self.”
Oooooh. Nir Eyal says to disarm psychological reactance, you can change the way you talk to yourself: “Instead of thinking you ‘have to’ do something, tell yourself you ‘get to’ or even ‘deserve to’ do it."

This Is Not Model Behavior
I missed Fosse/Verdon the first time around, but was recently fascinated by this limited series about the marriage and creative partnership of director-choreographer Bob Fosse and actor-dancer-genius Gwen Verdon. Come for the theater drama, stay for the Lin-Manuel Miranda cameo. On Hulu.
