Welcome to Monday in February
Oh, hi friends!
We’re getting a fresh month on a Monday — that’s one of my favorite things.
What are you leaving behind in January?
(I’m leaving the idea that I needed to create a bunch of new routines/resolutions — nah, small steps.)
What do you want to bring into February?
(I’m bringing a clear vision for one — just one! — new project, and the faith that it’ll get done.)
Cheering for you.
“Always make the more interesting choice.”
Brass Ring reader Morgan G. reminded me of this piece of advice I shared back in the day and you know what? I stand by it!
When making decisions, we ask ourselves questions like, “Is this easy/hard? Will I grow? But what if I fail?”
Yet noticing what is simply more interesting to you might answer the bigger question. If it’s more interesting from the outset, that’s a clue that it could be right for you.
OK, Never Letting This Out of My Sight
Sometimes Twitter is good? After Louis Peitzman tweeted that he bought an anti-fogging spray for his glasses — and it actually worked — I had to buy it for myself. TURNS OUT IT DOES WORK, MY FRIENDS. Certain masks always fog for me (I have big glasses!) but I used the spray today and was fog-free going in and out of Whole Foods (stocking up for the snowstorm!) and even while running.
Maybe you already know about this? Maybe I’m behind the times?
Anyway, it’s Gamer Advantage Fogaway Spray (on Amazon and their site) for $14.99.
PS — Do you like my ‘product shot’ above? lol. I am an ~artiste~
