It’s so easy to be drawn to what is wrong or loud or frustrating.
It can almost be soothing, this white noise.
But what happens instead if we look for what comes with ease?

Sometimes the YouTube Algorithm Likes Me
Or at least it knew that I would get a kick out of these original Glee auditions (I loved the show in its first few seasons and often blasted the soundtracks during my weekend shift at The Daily Beast).
But wow! The raw talent! It is always a joy to see self-tapes and early auditions — there's a mixture of hope, fear, and give-it-my-best-shot.
