why do we put off what we actually want to do?
Oh, hi friends!
I’ve found myself putting off the tasks I actually want to do the most.
You ever feel that way?
Maybe it’s because the simple work, the easy work, the busy work, takes less energy. Has fewer consequences.
Maybe the other work involves risk. Trying something new. The possibility of failing.
Or maybe it’s a hot Friday in the middle of August and nothing seems appealing. (Understandable!)
But I do know on the other side of busy work is...more busy work.
And the other side of risk is a blank and beautiful surprise.
