Frasier strikes again
Oh, hi friends!!
Take a second to breathe.
One.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Five.
Where your heart, brain, and emotions are settling today — listen to that. Trust that.
Take another breath.
Five.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One.
Now move forward. Because you can.
“Excellence does not require perfection.”
— Henry James
Someone quoted this the other night on an episode of...Frasier, of all places. (We’re up to Season 10.)
It reminded me that the imperfect can still be valuable. Still be worthwhile. Still be, in its own way, excellent.
Because what is perfect anyway? Life isn't perfect. It's messy. It's confusing. It's hard.
So what if, instead of perfection, you shoot for excellence in your words and your actions? Imagine what might happen.
