Simplifying your Friday
Oh, hi friends!
I have found myself overcomplicating things lately.
I’ll get one assignment to interview three people and think, “Hey, maybe I should talk to these four other people, too!”
I might have a pretty packed day and then I go, “Why not add two more obligations to the list!”
Or I’ll pretend that everything on my to-do list is of equal importance. It all needs to get done now, right?
But the truth is there’s an easier path. There always is. Simplify. Clarify.
Ask yourself. What really, truly actually needs to happen? Where can I stop overachieving? How can I prevent myself from creating more work where none is needed?
Suddenly, things start to feel a lot more free.
