How do you feel when you’re at work?
How do you feel when you’re at home?
Or at home-home?
Or on vacation?
Or trying to type at a coffee shop?
Some environments are rich and inspiring. Others are good for reflection or detoxing.
Embracing the environment you’re in—rather than trying to turn it into something it’s not—can save you a lot of time and worry. I think that’s what “they” mean with the phrase “staying present”?
