So, how do you feel?
Oh, hi friends!
How do you feel after eight hours of sleep? After six?
How do you feel after talking to someone who’s engaged in your conversation? Or someone whose eyes are glazed over like a donut?
How do you feel after a long walk? A Netflix binge?
How do you feel after getting rejected? Or not trying?
How do you feel after interacting with a negative person? How about a positive one?
How do you feel when you have plans on plans on plans? Or an empty calendar?
Instead of saying, “Hmm, I feel like garbage right now,” something happens when you parse out the reason for those feelings. There’s always a cause. Here’s to feeling the feelings and seeking out more of the good stuff, and less of the less-good stuff.
