When your friends are more talented than you are
Oh, hi friends!
How’re your friends doing?
Specifically, do you have a friend who was working on a project they were excited about, but that you haven’t heard about in awhile?
It might be nice to check in. Ask them how it’s going. Tell them what a great idea it was. Remind them of its greatness.
This isn’t purely selfless, of course. This is momentum karma. Help them regain momentum and it might boomerang back one day and hit you (in a helpful, non-life-threatening way, of course).
The author Jane Yolen has written 360 books and should be your new hero. She also keeps 7 to 20 submissions out at all times!!! (h/t Alex Jeffries)

Thank you for reading.
