Ready for the long weekend? Need to power through some work before hopping on a plane, train, or simply closing your computer?
Here’s a suggestion: Circuit training.
If it works for exercise—and it does!—it’ll work for…work, too.
Set a timer for a ridiculously short time (I like 14 minutes) and sprint to your metaphorical destination. Take a five-minute break. Repeat.
And did you know by Googling “timer 14 minutes," one pops up in your browser? The alarm is just shrill and annoying enough to redirect your attention.
