You have hidden talents
Oh, hi friends!
What if you had talents you didn’t know existed?
Maybe you have the hands of a surgeon. The soul of a painter.
You could sell dirt to a farmer. You’re a natural charmer.
But you have no idea. Because no one will audit your strengths. That's on you.
The burden—the gift—is on you to try. And try. And try. And try. New things, old things, scary things, all the things.
Because you definitely have talents you didn't know existed.
"Optimism is an essential ingredient for innovation. How else can the individual welcome change over security, adventure over saying in a safe place?"
A necessary reminder. From How Google Works.
Home Sweet Home Goods
One of my most charming character traits is a burning desire to gather every crumb of information, analyze it, and then be overcome by crippling indecision. BUT WAIT! There’s a website for that! Instead of reading 18,000 Amazon reviews for whatever silly purchase I need to make, I just go on The Sweethome, which reviews and crowns the “best” home goods. Very helpful if you have trouble choosing the best cold-brew coffeemaker or best bath rugs and would like to free up your brain for far more important things.
Thank you for reading.
Love, Kara
