And then the next step was obvious.
We complicate the unknown. But when you commit to the easy version, it’s easier to scale up. Make the project hard from the outset and you invite burn out. Or never start.
I first heard the easy question from Tim Ferriss, who wanted to start a podcast but didn’t have hours to edit conversations or weeks to learn about audio technology. Then he thought, What does the easy version look like? Now his unedited longform podcasts are incredibly popular.
Consider what you want to tackle next.
