A new trick for your to-do list
Oh, hi friends!
You know I love a good to-do list tactic.
That’s why yesterday, inspired by my friend Beth Dukes, who texted me a photo of her numbered to-do list, I made a giant list of my own and decided the rule was: Start at the top, keep going, no skipping.
When I got to the items I’d been avoiding (anything involves taxes, reading contracts, or brainstorming projects still in embryonic stage), I had no choice but to do them.
No skipping, remember.
Because wouldn’t it be nice to start February with a clean-ish slate?
Doing > thinking. Thanks, Jim Cummings.
I’d like to take this opportunity to declare today, this final day of January, National Be Nice to Your Skin Day. Winter is wreaking havoc, and uh, I’m going to tell you how I deal. I text my friend Aegean all my skin-related questions because Internet advice is overwhelming and she’s an actual, legit dermatologist! I watched her go through med school! So I always listen to her, especially when she told me the best moisturizer you could possibly buy is a giant tub of Cetaphil, which you can find at TARGET?!
Anyway, I’m not going to give up her cell number here, but you can and should follow @draegeanchan on Instagram, where she dispenses wonderful advice and sets the record straight.
Do you like these daily emails? Please share with a friend!
Thanks, as always, for reading.
Love, Kara
